CJ is originally from West Africa, he relocated to the United States in 2016 with a strong commitment to growth, opportunity, and family values. He has a background in car sales, he developed a results driven mindset and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. CJ is known for his ability to quickly adapt to new environments, he thrives in fast paced and competitive environments. As a dedicated sports fan, CJ brings a team oriented mentality to everything he does. CJ’s goal is to build the number one office in the Midwest while creating future opportunities for aspiring business owners to grow and succeed.
Bella Mohamed El Hady
Director of Recruiting
Bella is a passionate and detail oriented Director of Recruiting and she believes that what makes a great organization is built by great structure, mentorship and high caliber candidates. She has a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership development, she is dedicated to creating hiring strategies that not only drive results but also creates meaningful career opportunities for future leaders. Bella is known for her mentorship, high quality results and her commitment to growth. She takes pride in building strong recruiting teams, improving processes and helping individuals reach their full professional potential.
Mohammed Chaari
Corporate Trainer
Mohammed is an aspiring entrepreneur from Morocco who relocated to the United States in December of 2025 to pursue greater opportunities for growth. With a background in Computer Science Engineering, he discovered that his true passion lies in working with people rather than sitting behind a computer. This realization led him to pursue a career in sales and leadership, driven by the goal of creating financial freedom for his family. Through roles in office administration, a bookstore, commercial print shop, and the food industry, he has developed a strong work ethic, adaptability and is focused on continuous improvement within himself. Mohammed’s goals are to build and lead a high performing team that has the same engagement, positive attitude and eagerness to learn more, run his own business and eventually expand nationally.

Owner of Atlanta City Branch
Jeanelle after graduating from Park University in Kansas City, Jeanelle chose to pursue a career path outside of their field of study, driven by passion for personal growth, leadership and creating opportunities for others. The discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset developed through athletics became the foundation for building a successful career centered on communication, relationship building and helping people unlock their potential. Jeanelle’s long-term vision is to lead one of the largest organizations in the industry by building a team grounded in integrity, selflessness and high moral standards. For Jeanelle, success isn't just about what she achieves, it’s about the lives she impacts and the leaders she helps develop along the way.
Connor Nixon
Corporate Trainer
Connor was born and raised in Kansas City, he developed a competitive mindset through football, baseball and basketball where he learned the value of discipline, teamwork and perseverance. Rather than following the traditional academic path, he chose hands-on learning, believing that experience is one of life’s greatest teachers. He thrives in challenging environments and prides himself on being adaptable in the face of change. Connor’s long-term goals is to achieve financial freedom by building his own business and creating opportunities for others.
